Dear Budget Wireless Customers,
As mentioned in our introduction, we’re going to be initiating some changes to everyone’s service tiers and pricing. There are a few reasons for these changes, one, being that we need to bring pricing in line with Webformix service tiers, two, simplifying your bill along with our accounting procedures, and three, increasing the consistency and quality of your service. So let’s dive into some of the changes that will be coming.
- First up, we’re going to be giving everyone a discounted, temporary upgrade to our $50 Value Streaming plan. For the time being, you’ll receive this upgrade at whatever rate you’re currently paying for now. If you’re not familiar with Webformix plans, please take a moment to visit www.webformix.com/internet-rates. You will also be able to step up to a higher service plan at a discounted rate during this transition. Just ask us for details.
NOTE! This assumes network upgrades are in place and/or your connection can support higher speeds!
- This discounted $50 Value Streaming plan will remain for 3 months after our upgrades to the network are complete to give you time to evaluate the new and improved service. This discount will be removed ON or AFTER August 1st 2017, but we’ll give you a heads up before any changes occur. You will also have the ability to step down to the $32 Basic service tier after your evaluation if you wish.
- Once we remove the discounted service, we’ll also be removing any additional charges you had on your bill, like for router or equipment rental. We don’t rent routers or rent equipment, so you’ll be able to keep your router for free, and the equipment on your roof will remain Webformix property, but you can use it for free as long as you’re a customer in good standing. The only additional charges will be if you pay by credit card (3%) or request a mailed invoice ($1).
- We don’t like playing the $9.95 game… e.g. charging a penny or 5 cents less for something that really costs $10. All of the Webformix tiers, and services we charge for use whole numbers. So starting March 1st your bill will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
That about covers it! We’re trying to make this transition as simple and straightforward as possible. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please don’t hesitate to call 541-474-6082 (Grants Pass office), or 541-385-8532 (Bend Office).
Sincerely,
The Webformix Team
