I'm going on a trip for 3 months during the winter, can I turn off my service temporarily?
If you're going to be gone for a month or more, and you own your equipment we can temporarily turn off your service and turn it back on for a $20 fee. This allows you to keep our service but not pay for it during the period when you're not using it.
