FAQ: Is your service affected by 2.4Ghz cordless phones?

Most cordless phones do not seem to interfere with our service. However, we have encountered a few examples where certain 2.4Ghz phones have caused trouble for WiFi-based (Value) clients. We suggest changing the channel on your phone, changing the location, trying a different manufacturer or upgrading to a 5Ghz phone if this becomes a problem.
