FAQ: Your service is wireless, why can't I get it everywhere in my house?

The wireless modem only provides connectivity to our transmitters. It does not provide connectivity to any other wireless devices. You can however install a wireless access point or base station of your own in your home and 're-transmit' the internet to computers in your home or business.
