Faq/KnowledgeBase
When I try to send email, I get a message that says something to the effect of "relaying denied." What's wrong?
It is likely that your computer is configured with the wrong SMTP server. You need to contact your Internet Service Provider and find out what the SMTP server setting is that you need to use in order to send mail through them. After you find out what the setting should be, follow these instructions to reconfigure your computer to use this new setting:
- Click here for instructions on configuring Outlook Express to check your email
- Click here for instructions on configuring Outlook 2000 to check your email
- Click here for instructions on configuring Outlook XP to check your email
