FAQ: Why is your wireless modem expensive? Why can't I use my own wireless equipment?

Our wireless modem pricing is competitive with most DSL or cable modem pricing, and compared to other wireless vendors, is much lower. Most small home/office (SOHO) wireless equipment has a much weaker radio and it also doesn't allow us the same management functions we need to ensure proper service. If you decide to discontinue service and you've purchased the wireless modem and outdoor antenna kit you can reconfigure for personal use. If you need help resetting the wireless modem for personal use, we can help you do this for free, or if you don't want the equipment, we'll purchase it back from you (buy-back price subject to change) as long as it is in good working order, and has all original materials.
