FAQ: Can I paint the external antenna kit and cable?

You can paint the cable, but you should not paint the antenna or any of the wireless equipment directly. We cannot replace or upgrade your equipment if it has been painted (as it is not possible to use, fix, or RMA the troubled unit). Customers who have purchased their wireless equipment from Webformix would void their warranty and be disqualified from our buyback program if they paint or vandalize their radio, and the majority of customers who rent the equipment for free would face equipment replacement penalties, which in some cases could be as high as $1000. So; no, please do not paint the antenna kit. Painting the cable is ok.
