FAQ: What is the warranty like?

Subscribers that purchased equipment prior to April 1st 2008 are covered by a 2 year warranty provided the equipment is plugged into an approved surge protector and is properly grounded (installer has to verify the surge protector and make sure it's grounded).

Wireless equipment specific to the service provided after April 1st 2008 is owned and maintained by Webformix.
