I've configured Outlook with the settings you gave me, but when I go to check my email, my computer keeps asking me to re-enter my password. What's wrong?
Please ensure that the setting for 'Account Name' is your full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.com) as opposed to just the first part of your email address (e.g., user). Also, be sure that you type in your password in the correct case (upper- or lower-case, depending on how it was originally set up). Ensure that your Caps Lock key isn't on. If you still can't login, you can reset your password by logging into the Webformix Account Manager.
