Faq/KnowledgeBase
I just went to an internet speed test site and it showed that my connection was faster or slower than what I'm paying for. How can this be?
These variable transfer rates can be caused by a number of factors including your computer's speed and cache settings, signal level to the base station, and bottlenecks between our geographic region and the speed test site used.
Please keep in mind that the speeds advertised on our website are "peak" speeds, meaning these are the fastest possible speeds you can get for each tier of service in the best conditions.
