Yes! We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee to new customers on all wireless services. If you're not satisfied with the connection for any reason, and call to disconnect service before your initial 30 days are up, we'll come out and professionally remove the equipment, and give you a full refund. This does not count for other services or equipment. Just the installation fees and the first month of service.
Additionally, we are running a WiMax upgrade special for our existing WiFi subscribers which involves a 30 day money back guarantee. If at any time within 30 days after upgrading from WiFi to WiMax the customer wishes to switch back to WiFi OR disconnect service, we pay back the setup fee for the WiMax equipment and all (if any) monthly fees incurred while on the WiMax plan. Moving back to WiFi would require no setup fee, and the customer can choose to go back to their previous plan, even if the original plan is no longer offered to new customers.
