I use my telephone, VOIP, skype, Magic Jack, etc over my internet connection but I'm having audio problems. How do we fix this?
Firstly, please consider that we neither recommend nor support telephone or realtime audio applications over our Value/WiFi service tiers. To get support for applications like this, you must be using our lower latency WiMAX services.
