How do I know if VoIP will work well with my connection?
First of all, we do not recommend VOIP or other realtime technologies on anything less than our Basic WiMAX service tier. Next, before porting your telephone number, use call forwarding and try your chosen VOIP service out for 30 days or so. Finally, if your business relies on taking calls at a particular number, it is a good idea to always have a land-line available as a backup.
