FAQ: When I log into Webmail, only messages I haven't downloaded to my computer show up. Why do none of my old messages show up? Is there anything I can do to change this?

Most likely, your computer is currently set up to delete messages from our server once its downloaded them into an email client such as Outlook Express, Outlook 2000, or Outlook XP. Webmail only displays messages that are currently on our server. If you're interested in having a broader range of messages displayed in Webmail, you can configure your email client to 'Leave a copy' of your messages on the server for a specific number of days.
